My interest in chiropractic started through my love of sport and being active. I have been a goalkeeper from a young age, now playing for local non-league football clubs. Through sport, I’ve experienced my own injuries and the benefits of chiropractic treatment, which have helped me get back to doing the things I enjoy.
These positive experiences combined with an interest in anatomy and movement led me to study chiropractic, and I graduated from Health Sciences University (AECC School of Chiropractic) with a Master of Chiropractic degree.
I enjoy combining hands-on treatment with exercise, movement and rehabilitation. I like taking the time to understand each patient and their goals, whether that’s managing the demands of everyday life, keeping active or getting back to sport. I believe in giving patients the knowledge and tools to better understand their body and take an active role in their recovery.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy playing golf and tennis, as well as going to the gym and keeping active.
